to request to pay by cheque or postal order, include your order and delivery address, you will then be sent info on where to send your payment.We will then reserve your goods for 10 days, if your payment has not arrived to us in this time span then it may mean you will miss out on your order.

- Postage costs are stated on each item, for combined items postage is automatically discounted.
TIMESCALE: I post most days of the week so you recieve your items quite fast, usually within 2-5 days. If you need an item for a specific date please contact me first to avoid disappointment.
DISCLAIMER: Please note Cookie Clothing will not be held responsible for items lost in the post, we retain proof of postage for each item dispatched, HOWEVER, this is your responsiblity to follow up should anything go wrong.

Items are made from sizes 6-18, However we do not often stock a variety of sizes, most usually we will make a garment to photograph and then this item can be ordered in any size and made especially for you!
INBETWEEN SIZES??? No problem, any Cookie Clothing items can be altered for a specific fit.

- Returns/Exchanges policy
- Returns and rufunds are excepted. However a alteration service is also available and free of charge on all items purchased so this will be offered in the first instance.
Returns and exchanges ARE NOT excepted on ANY Cookie Clothing under garments.
Exchanges can be made and will be negotiated by both parties to reach a agreeable outcome.
Full refunds can be given providing the garment/item is returned in its original condition within 14 days. This refund will not include any postage fee.
